ED Summons to Kejriwal

In the matter of the Delhi Excise Policy scandal, the Enforcement Department has served Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with his ninth summons. The Aam Aadmi Party then said that Arvind Kejriwal had received a summons from the ED in connection with a Jal Board matter. While the summons for the Excise Policy case are due on March 21, CM Arvind Kejriwal’s appearance in the Delhi Jal Board case is scheduled for tomorrow, March 18.

Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act is being used by the Enforcement Directorate to serve Kejriwal with a summons in relation to the Delhi Jal Board. The Delhi Jal Board is being investigated by the ED for allegedly unlawful tenders and money laundering related to criminal activity.

In a news conference, Atishi, the head of the Aam Aadmi Party and a cabinet minister in Delhi, made a significant assertion on this. According to Atishi, Modi ji’s ED issued another summons yesterday evening on March 16. According to Atishi, Modi ji’s thugs are now the CBI and ED. One by one, the opposition leaders are being targeted by Modi ji’s thugs.

“BJP Contingency Plan”

During this, Atishi said that do we also want to know about this new Delhi Jal Board issue? What scam happened? Does no one know what you are saying? This summons is being sent only because PM Modi is beginning to doubt whether he will be able to arrest Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in Excise. This is the backup strategy of BJP, through which they will be able to arrest Arvind Kejriwal.

Provided BJP With A Suitable Response

During his Saturday, March 16 court appearance, Arvind Kejriwal said that the chief minister has silenced the BJP by physically appearing in court as a proper response. The judicial system is respected by the Aam Aadmi Party. Three weeks before, Arvind Kejriwal had committed to appear in court, and he did so.

According to Atishi, the court’s current task is to determine whether or not the ED’s summons is legitimate and whether or not he will need to look into this problem. The only thing the BJP and PM want is to lock up Kejriwal before the polls; they could care less about the investigation’s findings. The BJP and Modi Ji don’t wait for the court system to conclude.
